Applicability depends on company size, structure, jurisdiction, operations, products, and other factors. Atmovo brings those factors together so teams can understand not only what a regulation says, but whether it matters to them.

Starting with CBAM. Built around the facts that matter.

Our current pilot focuses on EU importers and the suppliers preparing information for them. Importer roles, product CN codes, origin, and dated import quantities form the starting point for a company-specific review.

Company facts and official sources require manual verification before the supported assessment can run. Mixed or exempt goods need separate review; electricity and hydrogen remain outside the pilot’s sufficiently defined rule coverage.

A useful answer should show the facts and rule criteria behind it. Atmovo keeps missing information visible, connects results to the saved assessment, and helps teams organize their next actions.

AI assists with explanations; it does not independently make a final legal decision. The pilot does not automatically classify goods, verify embedded emissions, or file customs declarations. Monitoring currently uses manually recorded source checks and in-app review items.

Our long-term direction is broader climate regulatory intelligence. We will expand beyond CBAM as the necessary rules, sources, and workflows are supported. Future coverage and proposed paid monitoring plans are separate from what the pilot offers today.
