Terms of Service

Thank you for using the Atmovo web service (the “Service”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Service at atmovo.com. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service description

Atmovo (atmovo.com) is a climate regulatory intelligence platform for organizations, operated by Climfy. The service includes:

  • Company-specific analysis of which climate regulations apply to your business, and why
  • Evidence and official sources behind each applicability determination
  • Action plans for responding to applicable regulatory requirements
  • Regulatory Applicability, Regulatory Action, and Executive Regulatory Brief reports
  • Pilot monitoring through manually recorded source checks and in-app review items

While Atmovo continuously strives to improve service quality and accuracy, the Service is provided “as is.”

2. Not legal advice

Atmovo helps you understand how climate regulations relate to your company’s circumstances. It does not provide legal advice, and its output is not a substitute for professional legal or compliance counsel.

  • AI does not independently make final legal determinations on your behalf
  • Applicability assessments are based on the company information you provide and the regulatory criteria we track — missing or inaccurate company information can affect the result
  • Results that have not been independently verified are not presented as definitive legal conclusions
  • You remain responsible for confirming your company’s regulatory obligations, including with qualified legal counsel where appropriate

3. User accounts and responsibilities

To use the Service, you must create an account and comply with the following:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain account security (password management)
  • You are responsible for all account activity
  • Users must be 14 years or older
  • Account sharing is prohibited
  • Report any unauthorized access immediately
  • Business accounts must be registered under company name

4. Fees and payment

3.1 Pricing model

Atmovo uses prepaid credits for analysis (1 USD = 1 credit; you choose a whole-dollar top-up amount from $10 to $2,000, no fixed packages). The current service is a manually verified EU CBAM pilot. Paid Monitoring subscriptions and Enterprise plans are proposed and are not currently available for purchase. Current credit pricing and proposed plans are distinguished on our pricing page. Atmovo may change fees with advance notice; changes apply going forward, not retroactively to credits you’ve already purchased.

3.2 Payment

  • Payment is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record
  • Credits: prepaid, do not expire on a monthly cycle, and are only charged once Paddle confirms payment
  • Monitoring: paid subscriptions are not active; current pilot monitoring uses manual source checks and in-app review items
  • Enterprise: proposed plans are not currently offered for purchase
  • Previously purchased per-report services remain accessible under the terms in effect at the time of purchase
  • Refund policy: 100% refund within 7 days of a credit purchase, provided the credits have not yet been used
  • No partial refunds are provided
  • Service may be suspended for payment failures

5. User content and data

Regarding content and data you upload or create on the Service:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant Atmovo a limited license to provide the Service
  • You may not upload illegal or harmful content
  • Atmovo reserves the right to remove inappropriate content
  • AI-generated reports are for reference; professional review recommended
  • Enterprise customer data is strictly confidential
  • Data backup is user responsibility
